Brighton Stairs was founded in 2014 by father-and-son team Keiron Harris and Kyle Harris with a simple vision: to create exceptional staircases that become the centrepiece of a home.
What started as a small family business manufacturing steel and glass products in Sussex has grown into one of the South East’s leading bespoke staircase specialists. From contemporary mono stringer staircases and floating cantilever staircases to architectural feature staircases, every project we undertake is designed, manufactured and installed with the same care and attention to detail that built our reputation from day one.
The foundations of the business were built on Keiron’s decades of experience in metal fabrication and craftsmanship, combined with Kyle’s passion for design, innovation, and customer experience. Together they recognised that many staircase projects were being split between multiple suppliers, manufacturers, joiners and installers, often leading to delays, communication issues and inconsistent quality.
They believed there was a better way.

Over the years, Brighton Stairs has worked with homeowners, architects, interior designers, developers and main contractors on projects ranging from contemporary family homes to some of the South East’s most prestigious properties. Our Installation Team
A great staircase deserves a great installation.
Our dedicated in-house fitters install staircases throughout Sussex, Surrey, Kent, London and the South East.
Because our installers work directly with our manufacturing and joinery teams, they understand every detail of the staircase before it even leaves our workshop. This allows us to achieve the level of precision required for complex floating staircases, frameless glass balustrades and architectural feature staircases.
When our team arrives on site, they’re not simply fitting a staircase — they’re completing a project they’ve been involved with from the very beginning.
