Bineham Park Farm – Feature Staircase

Feature Staircase installed at Bineham Park Farm for Chalmers and Co

We were commissioned by Chalmers & Co to design and install a bespoke steel staircase spanning three levels — from the basement to the ground floor, and from the ground floor to the first floor.

The staircase features jet black finished steel stringers, low iron glass balustrades, and black-stained oak handrails. The client specifically requested oak handrails for a more tactile, natural feel.

As part of the project, we also supplied and installed all matching landing balustrades, integrating LED strip lighting within the fascia details for a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The stair treads were bleached white and finished with a bespoke white hard wax oil to perfectly match the client’s flooring.
